Welcome to the unique Hobbit House, located in the picturesque village of Banský Studenec, just a stone’s throw from the historic Banská Štiavnica. This original accommodation will offer you an unforgettable experience that combines comfort with the magic of natural materials.

The house is built of local stone, wood and clay, which makes it breathe authenticity and peace – an atmosphere that you will feel right from the moment you enter. You will be welcomed by two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. The house also has a stylish bathroom with a shower and toilet. Clean towels, bed linen and free Wi-Fi are provided.

The house also includes a blooming garden that naturally blends into the interior. Here you will find a sun terrace with a summer kitchen and herb beds that offer you tasty and healthy fruits throughout the year. An outdoor fireplace with an unconventional circular grill will provide a gourmet experience under the open sky - ideal for evening sitting by the fire.

Parking is provided directly at the house and is completely free.

The biggest attraction in the area is the Velké Kolpašské Lake, which is located just a 5-minute walk from the house. In the summer, you can enjoy refreshing swimming, boating or paddleboarding here. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the center of Banská Štiavnica, where a rich history and an unmistakable atmosphere await you. The surroundings of the house are perfect for hiking and cycling - you are right at the crossroads of several marked trails.
