Do you long for a perfect restart in the embrace of nature, where instead of city bustle you will be woken up by the sound of the forest? Cottage Tereza offers you accommodation in complete solitude on the edge of the forest, approximately 2 km from the center of the picturesque village of Zázrivá. This traditional Orava wooden cottage is located at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. m., directly on the southern slope of Oravská Magura. It is situated directly on the red tourist route leading to Kubínská hola and boasts a breathtaking panoramic view of the dominants of the Malá Fatra - Veľký Rozsutec and Malý Rozsutec, Stoh and Osnica.

The cottage is an ideal choice for families with children, tourists and groups of friends who are looking for peace, privacy and the true atmosphere of a mountain cottage.

Comfortable accommodation with a well-thought-out layout

The interior of the wooden cottage breathes history, but provides all the necessary accessories for a carefree stay. We would like to draw the attention of our guests to the traditional architecture – the clear height of the beams in the building is 185 cm.

The layout of the cottage is divided into two separate parts, which guarantees enough privacy for several families:

Living room and kitchen area (ground floor and attic): The heart of the cottage is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, combined refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle). The kitchen flows seamlessly into a cozy living room with a romantic fireplace, large dining table, corner sofa and radio with CD. From this area, stairs lead to the attic bedroom (double bed, 2 single beds and a cot), which includes a separate toilet and sink with hot and cold water.

Rear night area (ground floor and attic): In the rear part of the ground floor there is a room separated by a door with two daybeds, a sofa bed and a television. The staircase from here leads to the second attic bedroom with the same capacity (double bed + 2 single beds), which also has its own toilet and sink.

Basement: Here is the main bathroom with shower and another separate toilet. Water in the building is provided from its own well.

Relax in the fresh air and fun for children

The surroundings of the cottage are perfectly adapted for summer and winter relaxation:

Roofed terrace and gazebo: Right in front of the entrance you will be charmed by the covered seating area with a view of the Malá Fatra ridge. In the yard you will find a pleasant gazebo with an open fireplace, where you can grill or roast.

Fireplace and grill: For lovers of honest cuisine, there is a fireplace, a cauldron with a stand, a charcoal grill and a spit.

For the little ones: Children will have plenty of fun in the children's corner with a slide, climbing frames and swings.

Winter fun with a bonus - your own free ski lift!

A winter holiday at cottage Tereza has an inimitable charm. Right next to the property, a 100-meter-long private ski lift is available to guests free of charge, ideal for children and beginner skiers.

Access in winter: Although the access road is regularly maintained by a snowplow, due to the mountainous terrain and remote location, it is essential to have snow chains in your car.
