The cottage is easily accessible by car and bus all year round.

Strategic location for your mountain adventures

The accommodation is located in a quiet built-up part of the village, just 5 km from the renowned mountain resort of Donovaly and 20 km from the regional capital Banská Bystrica. The cottage serves as a semi-detached house, with the owner staying discreetly in one separate part and the other, completely separate part, fully available to guests. This location makes it an ideal starting point for summer hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, as well as winter sports and exploring the cultural and natural gems of central Slovakia.

The property provides flexible accommodation in two separate units with an overall emphasis on cleanliness, coziness and practicality:

Spacious Apartment "A" (Separate entrance)

Capacity: 4 fixed beds in the bedroom + 2 beds in the living room.

Entrance area with kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) for convenient preparation of home-cooked meals.

Living room: Contains 2 single beds, a comfortable sofa, a dining area, a TV, a radio and a CD player for evening relaxation.

Romantic bedroom: Offers 4 single beds, a table and a functional tiled stove, which completes the real, warm cottage atmosphere.

Bathroom: Classic bathtub for evening relaxation after a demanding hike and a separate toilet.

Cozy Studio "B" (Compact comfort)

Designation: Ideal for couples or smaller families with children who are looking for functionality and privacy.

Living room: Intelligently divided into functional zones for maximum use of space.

Sleeping and relaxing area: Comfortable double bed for a deep sleep and a sofa bed that can serve as 1 to 2 extra beds.

Kitchenette: Equipped with everything you need to prepare meals (cooker, microwave, refrigerator, food storage).
