Cottage Smrek provides a comfortable and cozy accommodation. Maximum capacity is for 8 persons (7 permanent beds + 1 extra).
The ground floor is a cellar with stone fireplace, a small games room (table football, mini-billiards, darts) and a toilet.
The first floor has a living room with balcony, extra bed, satellite TV, DVD, VHS, radio. In addition to the lounge is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and pots), bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor are two bedrooms (1/3 and 1/4). For families with children we have a children's chair, travel cot complete with linens and toys.
Before the cottage Smrek is outdoor seating with fireplace and beautiful view of the small pond and creek that here flows. There is a mini football pitch, volleyball court, swing with a sand slide for children.
Gas heating. Parking in closed court.
NEWS: Horse riding and pony rides
For lovers recreational riding possibility horse riding and pony rides. Cottage owners thinking and those of what they want to look at the world from horseback. You can enjoy horse riding around meadows, hiking in the mountains on horseback. Children can ride a pony. Horses are stabled in the area at the cottage.
TOP ATTRACTIONS: horse riding with a sledge
In the winter season, clients can enjoy a scenic, snowy landscape with a horse sledge. "Life is like a fairy tale."

accommodation with full occupancy cottage 8 persons: from € 7.25 per person per night. Cottage is rented as a whole for the price of 58 € / cottage / night.
Winter season:
accommodation with full occupancy cottage 8 persons: from € 8.12 per person per night. Cottage is rented as a whole, cost 65 € / cottage / night.
Low season: price agreement.
Christmas and New Year € price agreement (rented for a minimum of 7 nights).
Fee per dog: € 4 / night
Refundable deposit is required: € 70
Tourist tax to the municipality: € 0.35 / person / night
Check in at the cottage after 14:00, end of stay at the cottage until about 10:00.
During the season weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.
Short stay only on the basis of agreement.

Dobrý večer p.Kubíková,
keďže sme nestihli napísať do Vašej kroniky,tak by som Vám aspoň touto cestou chcela poďakovať za nádherný pobyt. Asi sme našli Raj na zemi. Vaša chata sa nachádza na najlepšom mieste v celej dedine. A keďže nemáme doma slnko, pretože máme byt otočený na SV, u Vás som sa ho nevedela nasýtiť. Svietilo snáď z každého okna. Nikomu z nás sa nechcelo ísť domov. Ešte raz ďakujeme.
PS: Dúfam, že sa opäť radi uvidíme.
